Cupcakes fun, Red, White and Blue Style!

As we all know I LOVE making cupcakes and cakes, so for 4th of July I was inspited to do something fun and patriotic. I made the insides swirled with red or blue food coloring and made the tops to look like little flags.  I think they turned out pretty cute and everyone seemed to think they tasted pretty good :) 

I also made cute fruit kabobs and got some whip cream for dipping on the side! i think they are such a fun idea for kids and adults and they tasted great!

Brayden's 1st 4th of July!

We had a great and VERY busy weekend for 4th of July!  On Satuday we went to my g/f Jills house for a BBQ! Brayden had a ball playing with all the kids and swimming and mommy and daddy had fun getting in some "adult"time and a few drinks :)

On Monday we went to my parents for a little family BBQ! Brayden got a little play time in with Makenzie and we went to see fireworks! He LOVED them. Actually he loved them when he was paying attention. lol half the time he was looking around watching everyone else.  So typically Brayden, i swear he's gonna have ADD. lol
